Angels Anonymous is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation
established to assist terminally ill individuals and their
families with limited financial resources the funds to provide
for quality care and services.
Often friends and families of home health and hospice patients
wish to make a memorial donation to Horizon Home Health &
Hospice.
Marcie Little, Owner and Administrator of Horizon, developed the
idea of Angels Anonymous. It was her wish that all donations be
used to provide additional care and services for those in need.
Annually, Horizon Home Health & Hospice sponsors a fund raiser
to supplement donations
Members of the Board of Angels Anonymous determine the
distribution of the funds.
Angels Anonymous creates a lasting legacy for loved ones and
allows those who remain, the privilege of improving the quality
of life for those in need. A portion of all donations are tax
deductible.
